Raisa and Jahid had the most beautiful wedding ceremony followed by an exciting reception at Calamigos Equestrian Ranch in California. But let's take it way, way back and discover how Raisa and Jahid's love started. Raisa and Jahid met nine years ago. Back when they were young kids enjoying life in college at the University of Cincinnati. They met at a fraternity BBQ when Jahid's dimpled-filled smile caught Raisa's eye. After meeting at this BBQ they spent some time getting to know each other and growing a solid friendship which eventually led to being boo'd up!

How he asked...

Raisa and Jahid spent a lot of time vacationing in Las Vegas as a couple. But, their trip in February of 2016 will probably forever be the most memorable trip because that's when Jahid decided to make it official. They were out to a dinner at Jasmine, in the Bellagio, when things got real official. Jahid had a silver platter covered in roses delivered to their table as he took a knee to ask Raisa to be his forever love! Swooon!

The wedding...

Raisa and Jahid celebrated their love with a romantic wedding at the Calamigos Equestrian in Burbank, California. They wanted their wedding to be all about the classics, and that's exactly what it was. Raisa and Jahid's wedding day was filled with so much love from all their guests and beautiful flowers and decor in tones of pinks, golds, and burgundy.

The reception, however, was all about having a good time. Both the bride and groom and their guests enjoyed every minute of it. They had their first dance to "I Am For You" by Lisa Tucker and from that moment it on it was all smiles and dancing. The groom's Fraternity brother was the DJ for Raisa and Jahid's reception and had the party rocking! He had even the most reserved guests enjoying themselves. It was pure joy to capture!
