June DFW NACE Meeting at 7 for Parties
The best thing about being a DFW NACE member has been getting to know so many people who work in our local events industry. And as an introvert, being a member forces me to get out from behind my computer, and Go Make Friends.
In June, I had the honor of photographing our meeting at 7 for Parties in the Design District. I really loved this space. It's a modern yet unique, blank canvas. I know that seems contradictory, but you just have to see it for yourself. First, you enter the space through a TUNNEL, they've got these really great art pieces, and its all white with giant windows, so that means great light for photography!
My other favorite thing about being a NACE member are the learning opportunities! As a creative entrepreneur, I try to absorb as much information as possible to continue to grow my business. Each DFW NACE meeting not only has a networking opportunity but there is also an educational component with a speaker. And in June, Katie Easely came to speak with us about SALES!
